APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Applicants are required to register and apply online through Xidian University's International Student Online Service System at: https://xidian.17gz.org/, and shall upload the following documents:

Undergraducate students:

1. Notarized certificate of the highest education attained. Texts in any language other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translation in Chinese or English.

2. Student transcript Texts in any language other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translation in Chinese or English.

3. Copy of valid passport (valid in two years or longer).

4. Chinese or English proficiency certificate. Students applying for majors taught in Chinese are required to provide HSK Level 4 or above certificates; and students applying for majors taught completely in English are required to provide certificates of TOEFL 75 or above, or IELTS 5.5 or above.

5. Physical Examination Form for Foreigners. It is valid for six months since the date of issue.

6. No criminal record certificate. If the certificate is in language other than Chinese, a notarized Chinese or English translation is also required. The content of the certificate shall indicate the validity period; and if there is no validity period, the certificate shall be valid within six months since the date of issue.

7. Personal resume.

8. Other supporting materials, such as recommendation letters, award certificates, paper publication certificates, etc.

9. Application fee payment certificate (RMB 600 yuan).

Notes:

1. If the application materials required above are incomplete, the application will not be transacted.

2. Applicants are required to ensure that the application materials provided are true and valid. Those who are found to be dishonest or fraudulent will be permanently disqualified from applying for the university.
