Our students won the highest prize TI Cup in Shaanxi Division of 2021 National Electrical Competition
(Correspondent Mi Yueqin) The result of the 2021 National College Students Electronic Design Competition in Shaanxi area was announced recently. Our school won the highest prize "TI Cup" in Shaanxi Area. 5 teams won the first prize in Shaanxi Province, and the number of the first prize ranked first in the whole university. In addition, we won two second prizes and one third prize in Shaanxi Province. All the five provincial first prize teams were qualified to participate in the national award.
Among them, "Signal distortion measurement device (A)" completed by Xu Yin, Wang Xinhuai and Zhou Jiashe as instructors and Pang Mingjie, Zhang Xikai and Wang Jiakun won the highest prize "TI Cup" in Shaanxi division of this competition.
The other four teams of our school won the first prize in the province respectively: "Three-port DC-DC converter (C)" instructed by Zhou Jiashe, Wang Shuiping and Wang Xinhuai, and completed by Chen Yongji, Li Zhongbo and Pei Qingqi; "Signal distortion measurement device (A)" completed by Xu Mingxi, Liu Yunfan and Li Jingcheng, with Wang Xinhuai, Zhou Jiashe and Mi Yueqin as instructors; "Plant protection aircraft (G)" by Liu Jieyi, Yuan Xiaoguang and Wang Xinhuai as instructors, completed by Zhao Dian, Xu Yifei and Wei Jiachen; "Analysis and identification device with electric appliance (H)" was constructed by Guo Wanyou, Ren Aifeng and Xu Yin, and completed by Liu Fengming, Zhao Mingyu and Wen Yiwei.
According to Wang Xinhuai, the expert team leader of the national e-sports school hired coach, the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest is held every two years. It is an important national competition sponsored by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, the Department of Personnel Education of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and undertaken by the organizing committee of the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest. The competition was held online and offline on November 4th and lasted for four days and three nights. A total of 972 teams from 62 colleges and universities, including Xi 'an Jiaotong University and Xidian University, participated in the Shaanxi division. The competition selected 96 first prize teams, 121 second prize teams, and third prize 143 teams. Among them, 14 teams of Xidian University won the first prize and 9 teams won the second prize.
It is understood that the school attaches great importance to this competition. Starting from November 2020, more than 60 students have been selected for training after theoretical training, written test, on-campus training, on-campus single team competition, Shaanxi Engineering League and other tasks. Professor Zhou Jiashe, Wang Xinhuai, Guo Wanyou, Ren Aifeng, Yuan Xiaoguang, Wang Shuiping, Mi Yueqin, Xu Yin and Liu Jieyi formed the coaching team of our school, and hired graduate students as assistant coaches. After testing individual comprehensive ability, the team was selected to participate in the National Undergraduate Electronics Design Contest.
