The school organized the graduating students to visit OPPO R&D Center in Xi 'an

(Correspondent Bi Lige, Bai Yanghua) To further strengthen the integration of production and learning between schools and enterprises and integrate student employment guidance into talent training, on December 8, the School of Electronic Engineering organized 40 students of the graduating class to visit and communicate with Xi'an OPPO R & D center. Liu Jianfeng, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the school, and the counselors of the 2022 graduating class went together.

Bo Mengjun, recruitment manager of OPPO Xi 'an, led the group to visit R&D departments, testing departments, laboratories and offices, and explained the development history, corporate culture and future development direction of the enterprise to the students in detail. Through the field visit, the students had a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of the company, and showed great interest in the equipment such as experimental testing. Through the professional introduction of the equipment by the employees, the students all expanded their horizons.

At the sharing meeting, Yu Houhui, a 2005 alumnus of Xidian University and head of OPPO Xi'an product development, and Chen Zeming, head of OPPO Xi'an HR, extended a warm welcome to the school's teachers and students to visit OPPO Xi'an R & D center on behalf of the company. They introduced the recruitment, training mechanism and personal growth of OPPO employees in recent years. Then, in the Q&A session, the students thought carefully, asked questions actively, and carried out in-depth exchanges with the enterprise predecessors for one hour.

In recent years, the school promotes the "school-enterprise cooperation" employment measures, and takes this as a breakthrough to deepen the school-enterprise collaborative education, and comprehensively promotes the school's employment practice cooperation platform, so that students can have a direction and a goal in their employment choice. In the future, the School of Electronic Engineering will continue to focus on the national strategy and the need for national rejuvenation, and continue to provide high-quality talents for the cutting-edge fields of the industry.
